Panelists: Dr. Maya Maroto, EdD, MPH, RD, Nutrition Science & Public Health Strategist, VP at FoodMinds, former Chief, Education and Outreach Branch at FDA.

Mr. Phil Spiller, Retired Director of the FDA Office of Seafood and past Acting Director of the Office of Nutrition, Labeling, and Dietary Supplements. Principal investigator of fish consumption advice is depriving children of neuro lipids and other nutrients essential to brain and eye development, published in Neurotoxicology.

Dr. Susan Carlson, AJ Rice Professor of Nutrition and University Distinguished Professor at the University of Kansas Medical Center. Dr. Carlson is an expert researcher on omega-3 DHA and pre-term birth, and one of the esteemed authors of the Neurotoxicology paper on fish consumption advice.

Leslie J. Bonci , MPH,RD,CSSD, LDN, FAND, is a registered dietitian, board-certified specialist in sports dietetics, and owner of a nutrition consulting company, and co-founder of a sports nutrition consulting company.
