Salmon Rice Bowl - TikTok Trend for Creative Use of Leftovers

Ingredients

1 salmon fillet (cooked)
1 cup white rice (leftovers/pre-cooked)
1 tsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. Sriracha
1 tsp. Kewpie mayo
A few pieces roasted seaweed
1/2 avocado, sliced
Kimchi (optional)
Have you seen the TikTok trend for leftover salmon? The salmon rice bowl from Emily Mariko has gone viral and it is good! Here's the recipe.

Instructions

1.Gently flake your salmon piece and spread it across a large enough bowl or plate.
2.Add the rice on top of the salmon. Add an ice cube in the center. Cover with parchment paper and microwave for a 2 minutes.
3.Remove ice cube, then top with condiments: soy sauce, sriracha, and Kewpie mayo.
4.Mix all the ingredients together and adjust for condiments to taste.
5.If desired, add sliced avocado on top, and garnish with some kimchi, or any other sides you love.
6.Serve with dried seaweed and enjoy!
