This simple Mediterranean-inspired recipe by Winnie Kison of Winnie’s Balance brings together some of our favorite flavors: lemon, garlic, caper and pairs it with light, flaky fish.

“I’m a lover of baked fish!” says Kison. “It’s recommend to have fish or seafood 2-3 times a week as its filled with omega-3 fatty acids to support brain health and overall wellness!”

“I always make sure I purchase sustainable seafood for the health of our planet!  To have a sustainable supply of seafood for future generations, seafood needs to be caught and farmed in environmentally and socially responsible methods. The small changes we do to help with climate change and protect the oceans have an overall big impact on our planet.”
