Caesar Dressing Recipe • Seafood Nutrition Partnership

Ingredients

2 garlic cloves, minced
1 teaspoon anchovy paste
2-3 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 ½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Making your own dressing is so much tastier than buying it from the store, try this recipe for a Caesar dressing on your next salad!

Instructions

1.In a bowl, whisk together the garlic, anchovy paste, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, and Worcestershire sauce
2.Add the mayonnaise, parmesan, salt, and pepper.
3.Adjust ingredients according to your own personal taste.
4.The dressing will keep in the fridge for one week.
