Alaskan Salmon Burgers Stuffed Pitas • Seafood Nutrition Partnership


2 Portions Trident Seafoods® Alaskan Salmon Burgers 3 lb
1/2 c Ranch Dressing
1/2 c Celery, chopped
1/2 c Dried Cherries, coarsely chopped
1/4 c Nuts, Chopped
1/3 c ground Black Pepper
1/4 c Lemon Peel, grated
4 Individual Pita Bread
1/2 c Red Cabbage, shredded

1.Flake 2 Trident Seafoods Alaskan Salmon Burgers (cooked according to package directions) and place in medium mixing bowl.
2.Add celery, dried cherries, nuts, lemon peel, ranch dressing, and pepper; stir with fork until well mixed.
3.Divide mixture into 8 equal portions; spoon into pita halves.
4.Stuff 2 tablespoons cabbage into side of each filled pita
