Ingredients

1/2 cup panko bread crumbs
1 egg, beaten
1/2 cup mayo
1/4 cup chopped basil
1/2 tsp. Old Bay seasoning
1 Tbsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 lb. crabmeat (canned)
Eat these crab cakes alone or try creating a fun dip for them! Either way, this recipe for air fryer crab cakes is simple and extremely delicious.

Instructions

1.Add all ingredients, except the crabmeat, into a large bowl. Mix until all ingredients are well incorporated.
2.Mix in the crabmeat.
3.Shape into 4-6 crab cakes - depending on if this is a meal or appetizer - and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
4.Spray bottom of air fryer with cooking spray.
5.Cook for 7-10 minutes at 400 degrees. (Adjust cooking time depending on size.)
