What comes to your mind first when you hear “kid’s meal” or a “kid-friendly recipe”? Chances are, it’s chicken nuggets, a burger, a deli sandwich, pizza, tacos or mac and cheese. Fish sticks might make the list, but that fried food is likely the only source of fish or seafood that most kids consume regularly. And that’s not doing their health any favors.
