Temaki sushi is easy to make hand-rolled sushi at home. No rolling skills are required. All you need are seaweed wrappers, sushi rice, and your favorite fillings!

| For the rice: | |
| 6 cups cooked sushi rice is equal to 2 cups of uncooked sushi rice if you need to cook a fresh batch | |
| 2 tbsp sushi vinegar | |
| For the wrapper: | |
| 2 nori sheets per person, sliced in half | |
| For the filling: | |
| Vital Choice sushi-grade salmon | |
| 2 tbsp Kewpie mayonnaise | |
| 1 carrot, finely sliced | |
| 1 cucumber, sliced into strips | |
| For dipping (optional): | |
| soy sauce | |
| wasabi |
| 1. | Transfer cooked sushi rice to a wide, flat-bottomed pan or dish |
| 2. | Pour sushi vinegar over the cooked rice and mix gently with a flat rice paddle to avoid breaking any of the grains. Allow rice to cool |
| 3. | Mix salmon and Kewpie mayo in a small bowl until combined. Add more mayo as required until you have a smooth texture |
| 4. | To Assemble Temaki Sushi: |
| 5. | Place a sheet of nori and place it on a plate |
| 6. | Top with a scoop of rice in the top left corner in a triangular shape |
| 7. | Layer on your chosen fillings and fold the bottom left corner up and over the fillings, then continue to roll into a cone shape |
| 8. | Serve with soy sauce and wasabi (optional) |
