1- 1.5 lb Imitation Crabmeat (you could also use crabmeat, if you wish)
4 oz. can Tiny shrimp, optional
2-3 Green onions, finely chopped
2 Celery stalks, diced
1/2 cup Mayonnaise (you can swap half with greek yogurt)
1/4 cup Sour cream
Salt & Pepper to taste, start with 1/4 tsp. each
1/4 tsp. Dried dill
Try this fresh and delicious seafood salad that your whole family will love.


1.Remove imitation crab from the package and separate flakes.
2.Chop and shred the crab in a large bowl.
3.Add all other ingredients and mix well.
4.Refrigerate 2-3 hours or overnight for the flavors to meld together.
5.Serve with crackers and veggie sticks for a snack or deli rolls for a seafood salad sandwich.
