Easy Homemade Ramen with Shrimp

Ingredients

2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 tsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. sesame oil
4 cups beef broth (use low sodium if you prefer)
6 oz. baby portabella mushrooms, sliced thin
1/4 cup grated carrot
1 Tbsp. grated ginger
3 cloves garlic, minced
Chopped green onions for garnish
1 pack ramen noodles (without seasoning)
1/2 lb. of shrimp
There's nothing like a delicious bowl of homemade shrimp ramen, which is why this recipe is so perfect for lunch or an easy weeknight meal. Try our easy homemade shrimp ramen recipe your whole family will ask for over and over!

Instructions

1.Heat olive oil in a medium-size soup pot. Saute mushrooms and grated carrot in olive oil for about 5 minutes.
2.Add minced garlic and cook for 30 more seconds, releasing the aroma.
3.Add ginger, sesame oil, soy sauce, and broth. Cover and bring to a boil.
4.At a rolling boil, add dried noodles and shrimp, cover for 3-4 minutes.
5.Split between two large bowls and add chopped green onions on top. Enjoy!
