Ingredients

2.5–3 oz. of tuna packed in water, drained
2 Tbsp. smashed avocado
1 Tbsp. dijon
1/2 lemon, juiced
1/2 tsp. cumin

Instructions

1.Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and mix until thoroughly combined.
2.Serve with vegetable dippers, whole grain crackers or whole grain bread.
