Ingredients

1.5-2 lbs salmon
1/2 c maple syrup
1/3 c honey whole grain mustard
1/3 tsp. salt
garnish: parsley, lemon, tangerine

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
2.Place salmon on a large baking sheet. Mix together salt, syrup and mustard. Coat presentation side of salmon with the mixture.
3.Bake oven for 12 - 15 minutes, or until fish is cooked to your liking.
4.Garnish salmon with parsley, and lemon and tangerine rounds. Service with roasted vegetables.
