Along with supporting healthy eye development, seafood’s omega-3s support our ability to detect light. Nearly half of our eye’s light-detecting cell structure is made up of omega-3 fatty acids. 

Omega-3 fatty acids can be found in a variety of seafood, which means seafood supports the development of your brain and eyes. Adding seafood to your family’s diet at least twice a week has been shown to increase eye health.
