Air Fryer Sweet and Sour Salmon • Seafood Nutrition Partnership

Ingredients

1/4 cup orange juice
1 Tbsp. reduced sodium soy sauce
1 Tbsp. ketchup
1 tsp. rice vinegar
1 tsp. honey
1 tsp. cornstarch
2 (5 oz.) salmon steaks, skin on
Pinch kosher salt + black pepper

Instructions

1.Preheat the air fryer to 360°F.
2.In a medium microwave-safe bowl, whisk together the OJ, soy sauce, ketchup, rice vinegar, honey and corn starch. Cook in the microwave on high for 1 minute, then stir. Reserve half the sauce in a small bowl and set aside.
3.Spray the fryer basket with nonstick cooking spray.
4.Season the salmon with the kosher salt and black pepper, place the salmon, skin side down in the basket and cook for 5 minutes.
5.Pause the fryer to brush both pieces of salmon with half the sauce and cook for 5 more minutes.
6.Remove the salmon from the fryer, place on a serving plate, and serve warm with reserved sauce on the side for dipping.
