Tired of the traditional avocado toast? Grab some toast and simply add a bit of lobster on top of a layer of tomatoes and avocado! This is a seafood twist that’s both easy to make and easy to love.
|2 slices fresh whole grain bread|
|4-5 oz. of cooked lobster meat|
|2 fresh avocados|
|1 vine ripe tomato, chopped|
|1/2 c red onion, diced|
|1 tsp lemon juice|
|2 small fresh jalapenos, sliced thin|

|1.||Toast grain bread slices to light brown toast.|
|2.||Prepare fresh avocado spread by mixing avocado, chopped tomatoes, diced red onion, and lemon juice. Smash gently and spread on toast.|
|3.||Top fresh avocado with lobster meat.|
|4.||Layer thinly sliced jalapeno over lobster meat.|
|5.||Sprinkle with fresh chives and serve|
