Homemade Ketchup with Omega-3s • Seafood Nutrition Partnership


1- 6 oz. can of tomato paste
1/2 cup of white vinegar
2 Tbsp. of Olive Your Heart®, garlic flavor
1 Tbsp. + 1 tsp. of onion powder
3 Tbsp. of coconut syrup
1/2 tsp. of salt
2 tsp. dried mustard powder
Note: For spicier ketchup, mix in ½ Tbsp. of cayenne pepper or 1 tsp. Sriracha sauce.

1.​In small bowl, mix together tomato paste and Carlson Olive Your Heart®, garlic flavor, vinegar, and coconut syrup.
2.Stir in onion powder, salt, and mustard powder.
3.Cover and refrigerate for up to one week.​
