Ingredients

24 large shrimp-peeled and deveined (tail on)
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 tsp. seasoning salt (optional)
PEANUT DIP
• 4 1/2 Tbsp. smooth creamy peanut butter
• 1 Tbsp. pure maple syrup
• 1/8 tsp. minced ginger
• 1 tsp. minced jarred garlic
• 2 Tbsp. hoisin sauce
• 2 Tbsp. hot water
• 1 tsp. low sodium soy sauce
CREAMY AVOCADO DIP
• 1 ripe small avocado, peeled and pitted
• Juice from 1/2 small lemon
• 1/4 cup avocado oil
• 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
• 1/2 cup plain full-fat Greek yogurt
• Pinch of salt
BBQ SAUCE
• 4 Tbsp. ketchup
• 2 Tbsp. grape jelly
• 1/2 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
• Dash Worcestershire sauce
• Dash soy sauce

Instructions

1.In a large sauté pan over medium heat, heat the olive oil.
2.Add the shrimp and sprinkle with seasoning salt. Sauté for 4-6 minutes or until cooked through and no longer opaque. Serve immediately with dipping sauces in separate containers.

Dipping Sauce Instructions

PEANUT DIP
  1. Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth and serve. (Alternatively, whisk ingredients together in a small bowl.)
CREAMY AVOCADO DIP
  1. Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth and serve.
BBQ SAUCE
  1. Place all ingredients in a microwave-safe small bowl and heat in microwave for 8 seconds. Stir ingredients until combined and serve.
