Air Fryer Panko-Crusted Sole


4 - 4 oz. sole filets
2 Tbsp. olive oil
2 cups panko bread crumbs
1 Tbsp. everything bagel seasoning
1 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. ground turmeric
1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
Nonstick cooking spray
1 medium lemon, cut into 4 wedges
Quick week night meal in 10 minutes.


1.Preheat an air fryer to 400 degrees F for 5 minutes.
2.Meanwhile, place Sole filets on a platter and mix together panko and seasonings in a separate bowl or a plate.
3.Place fish onto the panko mixture and drizzle with olive oil and fully coat the fish on both sides with the breadcrumbs.
4.Cook in the preheated air fryer until fish flakes easily with a fork, 5 minutes, flipping halfway through.
5.Remove from the air fryer. Garnish with parsley and lemon wedges. Serve immediately with your favorite side dish.
