|Make sure the fish is completely de-frosted and rub each fillet with olive oil and garlic. Season them generously with the paprika, salt, and pepper.
|Depending on how big your air fryer is, you may have to do 2 fillets at a time or all 4. Just make sure there is a small amount of space in between each fillet so the air and heat can even get to all sides.
|Set the air fryer for 390 degrees for 7 minutes if the fillets are roughly one and a half inches thick. Add only a few extra minutes for thicker fillets; remember that salmon cook quickly.
|When you hear the timer, open the basket and check the fillets to make sure they are done. Poking them with a fork should give you a good indication, as well as inspecting the outside for a crisp and flaky looking layer. If they are not done yet, let them cook for a couple more minutes but watch them closely; you don't want to overcook a salmon.
|Serve salmon with lemon wedges with some of your favorite sides, such as sauteed asparagus with garlic.
