Chef Jeff Cowles is a big proponent for teaching people how to incorporate seafood into their diets. He is a Research Chef with Kerry Americas and serves on the Board of Directors as VP of the Research Chefs Association. As a certified RCA member ( CCS) with 20 years of Seafood experience at restaurant chains and processors, Jeff is the chef-co-author of the Seafood Chapter in the first edition Culinology Text Book.
Jeff is a busy Culinology mentor/presenter, a Chef- Ambassador for the Seafood Nutrition Partnership, and currently working on the re-introduction of olive oil production to South Georgia. He resides in St. Simons Island, GA with his wife and enjoys the laid-back coastal lifestyle that celebrates the laughter of dear friends and great food.
