Vietnamese Dipping Sauce

  1. Combine the lime juice, fish sauce, garlic, red garlic sauce, sugar, and water in a small bowl. Mix well and pour into a jar for safekeeping.



Orange-chili Dipping Sauce

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Total Time: 10 minutes

Servings: makes 2 tablespoons


1 cup sweet orange marmalade

2-3  tablespoons thinly sliced scallions

2 teaspoons soy sauce

1 teaspoon fresh lime juice

1 teaspoon Sriracha

¼ tsp kosher salt


Stir together orange marmalade, scallions, soy sauce, and lime juice. Stir in sriracha and season to taste with salt. Serve and enjoy with your favorite seafood. Can store covered, in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.

Zesty Seafood Sauce

Serves: 4


  • 1 1/2 cups mayonnaise

  • 1/3 cup grainy mustard

  • 1 clove minced garlic

  • 1 Tbsp horseradish

  • 1 Tbsp paprika

  • 1/ ½  tsp Cajun seasoning

  • 1 tsp lemon juice

  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

  • 1/2 tsp hot sauce

  • 1  tsp minced fresh parsley

  • ¼ tsp cayenne pepper


  1. Add all ingredients to a mixing bowl, whisking to combine.

  2. Cover and refrigerate for at least an hour, then serve with your favorite seafood.
