Stephanie Mattingly joined Long John Silver’s in 2017 as Vice President of Marketing. Her responsibilities include driving sales, transactions and profit for the world’s most popular quick service seafood chain with almost 1,000 restaurants worldwide. She leads the development of Brand Strategy, Promotions, Advertising and Public Relations to revitalize a 50 year $500MM brand. Stephanie works closely with the Long John Silver’s Culinary team to develop high quality, innovative and flavorful seafood to delight consumers.
Stephanie received her Bachelor’s degree in Business and Marketing from the University of Kentucky. After completing her degree, she worked in Marketing and Communications for government, restaurant and retail. She most recently worked in multiple marketing roles at Kentucky Fried Chicken for 12 years prior to joining Long John Silver’s.
