ARLINGTON, VA. (PRWEB) FEBRUARY 08, 2018 – Seafood Nutrition Partnership (SNP) is pleased to announce Dr. Steve Hart as a new member of the Board of Directors as of February 1, 2018.
Dr. Hart, Vice President at Global Aquaculture Alliance (GAA), brings a wealth of aquaculture nutrition expertise as SNP continues to support aquaculture as a key solution to providing a reliable supply of sustainable seafood protein to meet the needs of human nutrition now and for our future food security.
“I’m extremely honored to join the SNP Board of Directors as the non-profit mission of Seafood Nutrition Partnership is near and dear to my heart,” said Dr. Hart. “I look forward to working with the board and staff on moving the important SNP mission forward.”
In his current role, he is leading market development efforts in Asia, investigating emerging issues affecting aquaculture and its stakeholders, working with GAA constituents to respond to emerging issues, expanding activities with other aquaculture and seafood groups, and generating content for GAA’s communications vehicles. Dr. Hart was previously Executive Director for Soy Aquaculture Alliance and Director of Aquaculture at Indiana Soybean Alliance.
