1.5 cups Heirloom Cherry Tomatoes (halved) or Cherry Tomatoes
8 oz. Ducktrap Peppered Smoke Roasted Salmon Portions
½ cup Vidalia or Red Onion (slivered)
2 TBSP Capers
3 oz. Buttermilk
1 TBSP Prepared Horseradish
½ TBSP Honey
1/8 tsp. salt
½ TBSP white vinegar
¼ tsp. prepared mustard
Mix salad ingredients, toss with Buttermilk Dressing (buttermile, horseradish, honey, salt, white vinegar, mustart), flake apart peppered smoked roasted salmon and sprinkle over the top of salad. Enjoy!
